Javed Saheb, in addition to what you say in the above clip, there is another problem that is inherited when the rich makes the policy, and it is that when the rich makes a policy, even if he understands the poors point of view, he will (most often) still make a policy that will help him and the rich, he will knowingly crush the poor to maintain and increase his wealth, and this further causes divide between the poor and the rich
