Mr. Hamid Mir said Abul Kalam Azad’s father was Bengoli. I am surprised. why did he write without research about a person so known to this subcontinent. His father and forefathers were Arab. Please see book by Maulvi Abdul Razzaq Malihabadi. he spent time with Abul Kalam in Jail and printed whatever Mr. Kalam told him. Please don’t spread wrong information. Rgds.
