Quaid e Azam dreamt of a shining Pakistan, whose cities would be fully electrified and where investors would be eager to make investment. But after the tragic demise of Quaid, the whole nation plunged into the ocean of problems and issues. Energy crisis was the most horrible of all. Energy has been regarded as food for the state machinery. Humans lacking food die and states with shortage of energy fail.
