A palliative nurse recorded the most common regrets of the dying and put her findings into a book called ‘The Top Five Regrets of The Dying.’ It’s not surprising to see what made the list as they are all things that touch each of our lives as we struggle to pay attention to and make time for things that we truly love. Below is the list of each regret along with an excerpt from the book. At the bottom is also a link to the book for anyone interested in checking it out.

Jasmeen Manzoor, Arif Nizami, Saleh Zafar, Munizhe Jehangir, Rameeza Nizami, Dr Hasan Askari Rizvi, Asma Chaudhry, Sherbano Taseer, Raza Rumi, Amir Mir, Sohail Warraich, Assadullah Ghalib, Nazir Naji and Baqir Sajjad Syed feature on the list, among others.According to the rules and regulations, the purpose of the secret fund is only to obtain or uncover sensitive information necessary to protect ‘national interest/national security’.
It cannot be used for any other purpose, such as emergencies or incidental expenses. All withdrawals are supposed to come under specific heads and justifications.

As a matter of fact, normally our actions got direct link b/w our thoughts specially while talking ,writing and doing something. Except these, BODY LANGUAGE may be a reflective of our thoughts and mind frame. Apart from this, most of the time our thoughts are not being directly materialized. Our mind is continuously in action while walking,traveling (in lets say bus), waiting for someone, observing various things around us.Our mind is really blowing when we are alone especially at night. Some great things come into mind meanwhile, some unique ideas, solutions to problems or some new questions etc.

A record of payments allegedly made to 19 senior-journalists of Pakistan, by the Bahria Town owner Malik Riaz has surfaced on the social networking site Twitter, Aaj News reported, which is a cheap stunt and clearly fake.
It’s an attempt to defame renowned names of various news television anchors and journalists like Dr. Shahid Masood, Najam Sethi, Kamran Khan, Nusrat Javed, Meher Bokhari, Mubasher Lucman, Hamid Mir, Javed Chaudhry, Sana Bucha, Sohail Waraich and Asma Shirazi among a few others, are present in the lists below.
